Volunteers Needed

Are you passionate about empowering women with essential firearm safety skills? We're seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team and make a positive impact on our female-only classes and events.

Position: Volunteer Range Safety Officer (RSO)

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for female shooters during classes and events.
  2. Provide guidance on range safety protocols and etiquette.
  3. Assist with organizing and setting up equipment for classes and events.
  4. Offer support and encouragement to new shooters.
  5. Aid in administrative tasks related to event coordination.

Requirements:

  1. Passion for promoting firearm safety and education, particularly for women.
  2. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
  3. Basic knowledge of firearms and range safety protocols (training will be provided).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Official Range Safety Officer Training & Certification will be provided to each volunteer which includes 4 hours classroom instruction and 4 hours on-site training. Classroom sessions are held monthly in 2-hour intervals and on-site training is offered as
