LaToya "Ladi Ammo" Workman is a prominent figure in both the cybersecurity and firearms training communities. She is recognized as a trailblazer in IT and cybersecurity, an industry where diversity is limited. Beyond her achievements in tech, LaToya is also a dedicated advocate for personal safety and empowerment, particularly for women.

LaToya is the founder and CEO of Woman with a Weapon, LLC which aims to educate and empower women in the safe and confident handling of firearms. She holds multiple certifications, including those from the NRA and the USCCA, and is a certified instructor in concealed carry and home defense fundamentals. Her program emphasizes situational awareness, non-lethal self-defense tools, and responsible gun ownership, challenging societal assumptions and promoting firearms as tools for self-defense and stress relief.
