Class Cancellation/No Show Policy

There are no refunds for Woman With A Weapon, LLC classes, however, students may transfer their registration fee to another student. If the class is canceled at our behest, student will receive a full refund. There are also no refunds in cases of accidental registration.  Students who register for the wrong class will have their registration fees held and can be used towards a future class.  

If a student is unable to attend a class, they are allowed to reschedule once. Failure to attend the second class date will result in the forfeiture of any registration fees paid. Students have 3 months from their original class date to reschedule and attend another class (same as original). If the student does not reschedule in 3 months, all registration fees will be forfeited. Students can use any class registration credit towards any future class but are required to pay the difference in class costs, if applicable. 

Each student's spot is reserved upon registration. If a student is a no-show for a class there is a $25 fee to reschedule for another class.

It is the responsibility of the student to reschedule via email or text. The student can subscribe to the email list to be notified of future class dates.
