NC Concealed Carry Handgun Class held for a private group on Sunday, September 22, 2024 from 830a - 530p, coordinated by J. Moon. The course includes eye & ear protection, fire rental and the 30 rounds of ammunition, required for the shooting qualification. There is a minimum of 6 people for a private class.
This class teaches you the laws governing North Carolina regarding the use of deadly force, concealed carry statute, and where you can and cannot carry a concealed handgun. In addition, this class covers gun safety, the fundamentals of gun operation, marksmanship fundamentals, ammunition, carrying concealed safety issues, presentation techniques, and cleaning and maintenance. This is a group class open to men and women.
This course is a minimum of 8 hours of instruction plus the range qualification. The range qualification is a minimum of 30 rounds with at least10 rounds fired from each of the following distances: 3 yards, 5 yards, and 7 yards. There is a $40 fee if you need to reschedule or retake the shooting qualification.
